BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Mark Hardin, Kevin Carter and Joe Frank Rodriguez.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Todd Kennemer and Rosemary Villegas, Community Service
Secretary.
GUESTS PRESENT:
Mark Hardin called the meeting to order at 6:57 P. M.
FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA: Oath of office to members: Not applicable
SECOND ITEM ON THE AGENDA: Approval of time change for future meetings from 7:00
pm to 6:00 pm. Kevin Carter made a motion to approve time change as presented. Joe Frank
Rodriguez seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
THIRD ITEM ON THE AGENDA: Approval of August 27, 2012 minutes. Joe Frank
Rodriguez made a motion to approve minutes as presented. Kevin Carter seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
FOURTH ITEM ON THE AGENDA:
BA Case No. 1624 — Consider the request of a special exception of the required minimum twenty -
five (25) foot front set back authorizing the construction of a Carport under the City of Plainview
Zoning Ordinance Section 37.2.2(h) Special Exceptions.
Property Owner: Irene Rosemarie Lopez, aka Irene Gerber
Address: 304 Juanita Street
Legal Description: Lot 31 Block 5 of the Country Club Addition
Zoning: R -
Kevin Carter made a motion to approve the variance based on the request. Joe Frank Rodriguez
seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
