Unger Memorial Library Advisory Board meeting was held in the
basement meeting room at the Library. Those present were:
Muff London, Director of Community Development for the City
of Plainview; Ruth Gooch, president of Friends of the Library;
Beth McBeth, president of Hi -Plains Genealogical Society;
Minnie Ruth Rigler, coordinator of Literacy program and
John Sigwald, librarian of UML.
Board members were unable to attend this meeting.
John presented those present with copies of the first pages
of the proposed new UML policy manual. Although members of
the Board were unable to be present at the meeting, verbal
approval was given by Geoff Wells, president of the Board;
Rita Cronholm and Albert Torres.
May 10, 1994 was announced as the next meeting date for the
UML Board.
