ADVISORY COMMITTEE
October 4, 1976
The regular meeting of the Unger Memorial Library Advisory Committee
was called to order by Mrs. Merwyn Igo, President, at 7:10 p.m.,
Monday, October 4, 1976, in the Library Conference Room. Present
were Susan LaFont, Malcolm Tisdel, David Willson, Lloyd Woods, and
Judy Smith, Librarian.
The minutes of the September 13, 1976, meeting were approved as pre-
sented. The Librarian's report for September and the report for
fiscal year 1975-1976 were presented.
Mrs..LaFont reported on the Friends of the Library Book Sale to be
held at the Running 'nater Draw Arts and Crafts Festival, October 15-
17. She reported that Suzanne Stovall is contacting members of the
Friends about working in the booth. She also stated that there will
be publicity requesting the donation of additional books for the
sale.
Miss Smith will select record albums and cassettes to display on the
peg boards at the booth. If there is room, the cassettes/film strip
viewers will be displayed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
