STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Larry Gould, Chief Building Inspector, Greg
Zielinski, Code Enforcement Officer, Gary Glass, Fire Chief, Phillip Mize, Fire Marshall
OTHER GUEST PRESENT: Chris LaFevre, Southwestern Public Service employee
First item on the agenda, swear in new board members. Senior Building Official, Larry
Gould administered to all appointed members.
Second item on the agenda, election of officers: Roger Dowdy made motion to accept
Kip Pritchard as Chairperson and Ricky Mason seconded. Roger Dowdy made motion to
accept Ricky Mason as Vice Chairperson and Lynn Davis seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
Third item on the agenda, set permanent meeting date. Ricky Mason made motion to set
the meeting time at 7:30 P.M. and Roger Dowdy seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
Roger Dowdy made motion to set the meeting date on the third Thursday of the month,
and Lynn Davis seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
Fourth item on the agenda, was the discussion on the responsibility of the Board.
Fifth item on the agenda, Ricky Mason made motion to Adjourn meeting, Roger Dowdy
seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
