STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Larry Gould, Chief Building Inspector, Greg
Zielinski, Code Enforcement Officer, and Katy Seals, Secretary
GUESTS PRESENT: none
Meeting called to order by acting chairman David Julian
First Item on the Agenda: Approval of April 29, 2004 minutes. Bobby Brunson made
motion to approve the minutes as read. Tilman Reagan seconded the motion. Motion
carried 4 -0.
Second Item on the Agenda: Review and take action on 2003 International Building
Code. Greg Zielinski gave the Board an overview of this code. Tilman Reagan made
motion to submit the new code as presented to the City Council for consideration of
adoption. Roger Dowdy seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
Fourth Item on the Agenda: Adjournment. Meeting adjourned 8:53 P.M.
