STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Larry Gould, Chief Building Inspector, Greg
Zielinski, Code Enforcement Officer, and Katy Seals, Secretary
GUESTS PRESENT: none
Meeting called to order by Lynn Davis as acting chairman
First Item on the Agenda: Approval of March 2004 minutes (No April 15, 2004
meeting due to a lack of a quorum). Tilman Reagan made motion to approve the minutes
as read. Bobby Brunson seconded the motion. Motion carried 4 -0.
Second Item on the Agenda: Review and take action on 2003 Uniform Plumbing Code
Greg Zielinski gave the Board an overview of this code. David Julian made motion to
submit the new code as presented to the City Council for consideration of adoption.
Tilman Reagan seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
Third Item on the Agenda: Review and take action on 2003 Uniform Mechanical
Code. Greg Zielinski gave the Board an overview of this code. David Julian made
motion to submit the new code as presented to the City Council for consideration of
adoption. Tilman Reagan seconded. Motion carried 4 -0.
Fourth Item on the Agenda: Adjournment. Meeting adjourned 8:17 P.M.
