Meeting called to order by chairman Ricky Mason at 7:00 PM
First Item on the Agenda: No members were sworn in.
Second Item on the Agenda: Approval of September 20, 2007 minutes. (No October meeting.) Motion
to approve minutes as presented by Manuel Gonzales, seconded by Clif Jernigan. Motin carried
unanimously.
Third Item on the Agenda: Review 2003 International Residential Code. Board discussed and will
continue review at next open meeting. No action taken.
Fourth Item on the Agenda: Review 2003 International Building Code. Board discussed and will
continue review at next open meeting. No action taken.
Fifth Item on the Agenda: Review 2003 International Property Maintenance Code. Board discussed
and will continue review at next open meeting. No action taken.
Sixth Item on the Agenda: Review 2003 International Energy Conservation Code. Board discussed and
will continue review at next open meeting. No action taken.
Seventh Item on the Agenda: Review 1997 Uniform Sign Code. Board discussed and will continue
review at next open meeting. No action taken.
