BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Ricky Mason, Tilman Reagan, Clifford Davis, Manuel
Gonzales, Bill McDowell, Sr.
STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: Delwin Derrick -Chief Building Inspector, Cosme Mendez -
Code Enforcement Officer, and Katy Seals- Secretary
GUESTS PRESENT: None
Meeting called to order by Tilman Reagan at 7:04 PM
First Item on the Agenda: Oath of Office to members: Not applicable.
Second Item on the Agenda: Approval of January 21, 2010 minutes. Motion to approve
minutes as presented by Tilman Reagan, seconded by Manuel Gonzales. Motion carried
unanimously.
Third Item on the Agenda: Consider adding solar energy installation to the mechanical
ordinance. The Board discussed and requested further information from staff. No action was
taken.
Fourth Item on the Agenda: Take action on the amendments to the 2009 International
Mechanical Code to submit to City Council for consideration of adoption. There were no guests
present. The Board discussed and a motion was made by Tilman Reagan to recommend to City
Council to adopt the 2009 International Mechanical Code amendments. Bill McDowell, Sr.
seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
Fifth Item on the Agenda:Adjournment. Meeting adjourned at 8:17 P.M.
