ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out-of Unappropriated Surpl us Account 611=640
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, IHEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described
Unappropriated Surpl us Account 611-640
The sum $ 21 6 o 30
For the following purpose:
Payable to Account 640-812
For payment to Lo James Robison & Associates
Final statement on tennis court supervision
fund, to-wit:
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in' the preamble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed ordinances to be presented_at two (2) separate Council meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall, be effective £rom the date of its passage.
