ing investigated the qumlifications of Engineer
ef Plainview, Texms, and having confidence in his ability, do
hereby nominmte him as the engineer to prepare plaus ~us spec-
ific~tions ~nd to supervise the construction of the project for
which applications for m grant has been made to Public Works
Administration,
BE IT PURTHERRESOLVED, that this nomination be sent to
the Acting State Director of P~blic Norks Administration at
~ort ~erth, Tex~m with the request that the same be approved,
I hereby eerti£y that the ~b'ev-e and foregoing resolution
is a true and correct copy of a resoluti~on introduced and car-
