view to the United States of America for a grant to ai~ in financ-
ing the oos~ of paving certain streets and alleys in the 0ity of
Plainview,
Section E. That F, E. Bryan. is hereby authorized a~d dir-
ected to furnish such information as the United States of America
through the Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works may
reasonably ~equest in connection with the applio~ti9n which is
herein authorized to be filed.
