Hancock~ seconded by ~. C. l~ialo~ of th6 City Council and carried unanimously, it is tiered by said Court and said City Cou~t that the lease contract wmtn Mr. J. Arthur, and carried unauimously; it is ordered by said Commissioners' Court and s~id Ci~~ Council that the bid of F. M. Parks be accept- ed accordin~ ~ plans and specifications.
