AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of 1966 Sewer Revenue Bond Fund Account 426-810
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described ~
1966 Sewer Revenue Bond Fund Account 426-810
The sum $ 23,850.99
For the following purpose:
fund, to:wit:
H. W. Taylor Construction, Inc.
Construction Estimate No. 9; 1977 Water & Sewer Extension
Project; contract dated March 23, 1977.
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed ordinances 'to be pres'ented at two (2) separate Council[ meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date of its passage.
