CHARGES FOR MUNICIPAL CODE SERVICES, AN ORDINANCES AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW CODE OF ORDINANCES AS ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 25, 1977,
WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY l, 1978, AND PUBLISHED BY ORDER OF THE ~
CITY COUNCIL BY THE MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION OF TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA.
THAT THIS CODE IS A CODIFICATION OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW
OF A GENERAL AND PERMANENT NATURE, AND IT SHALL BE SUPPLEMENTED AS ORDERED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL TO INCLUDE ANY AND ALL ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SUCH
CODE, AND SUCH SUPPLEMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE PURCHASERS OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW MUNICIPAL CODE SERVICE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
SECTION l: That the Cod of Ordinances, consisting of Chapter I to 33
each conclusive, and, as incorporated in the Code "Code of the City of
Plainview", shall be available for sale to the general public at a cost of
$100.00 per copy, and inclusive in this cost shall be the supplementing of
all newly adopted ordinances which shall supercede all other general and
permanent ordinances.gassed by the City Council on or after May 10, 1977
to and including all ordinances passed through March 31, 1982.
SECTION 2: A permanent record of all persons purchasing and subscribing
to the Code of Ordinances shall be on file with the City Clerk, and a copy
of all supplements shall be forwarded U. S. Mail to the address as shwon
on the purchase receipt or as changed by written request.
SECTION 3: The City Council may amend the charges for the purchase
of Codes and supplemental services at any time for new orders for the service.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall become effective on the 1st day of
May, 1978.
PASSED AND APPROVED on final reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plainview, Texas, on the 25th day of April, 1978,
A.D., with all members present voting "Yes" for the passage of same.
