ORDINANCE NO. 78-2274
AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of Revenue Sharing Fund Account 427-620
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daffy
operatibn of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described
Revenue Shar]n§ Fund Account 427-620
The sum $ 2,261.46
For the following purpose:
fund, to-wit:
General Fund
For debris clearance project #343 - 511-13 Ennis
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed ordinances to be presented at two (2) separate CouncilL meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date of its passage.
