ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, '[he City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of Pro Rata Construction Fund 434
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW~ THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described'
Pro Rata Construction Fund 434
The sum $ 12,882.20
fund, to-wit:
For the following purpose:
Irrigation, 'Inc.
For Construction Estimate No. 1, 'Sanitary Sewer and
Water Distribution Extensions, Project No. WS-78:01.
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed erdihances ro be presented at two (2) separate Council meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
sh~ll be effective from the date of its passage.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED
