ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the-City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of Water and Sewer .Fund Account 711-413
funds for an approx~ed project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE [T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVlEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described
Water and Sewer Fund Account 711-413
The sum $ 1 , 980.00
For the following purpose:
Unemployment Compensation
For transfer of funds to
liability.
fund, to-wit:
Reimbursing Reserve 413-410
fund contingent unemployment
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preamble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an.emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed ordinances ro be presented at two (2) separate Council meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date' of its passage.
