AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 79-2353
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview finds it is necessary to appropriate certain specific
funds out of Unappropriated General Fund
funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF PLAINVIEW:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described
Unappropriated General Fund
The sum $ 7,400
For the following purpose: Park Department Account #640-418
For reimbursement for approved unbudgeted expenditures.
fund, to-wit:
WHEREAS, an emergency exists as shown in the preantble to this ordinance, the enactment of this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure thereby creating a public necessity that the rule requiring
proposed erdinances to be presented at two (2) separate Council[ meetings be dispensed with; and this ordinance
shall be effective from the date of its passage.
