AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE BUDGET SUBMITTED BY THE CITY MANAGER
OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1980-81.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS:
Section 1: That the Budget prepared by the City Manager of Plainview,
Texas for the City of Plainview, Texas for the year commencing
October 1, 1980 through and concluding September 30, 1981 is hereby
approved and ordered filed with the City Clerk of the City of Plainview,
Texas.
Section 2: The:.Revised Budget prepared by the City Manager of Plainview,
Texas for the City of Plainview, and concluding September 30, 1980 is
hereby approved and ordered filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Plainview, Texas.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered to file a copy of said
Budget with the County Clerk, Hale County and the Comptroller of
public account at Austin, Texas.
PASSED ON THE FIRST READING this 16th day of July, A.D. 1980 and
calling a Public Hearing on Augus~-].F~6, 1980. '
PASSED ON THE SECOND READING this 2_~6t_~hday of August, A.D., 1980.
