AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER '7, SECTION 7-62 MAKING
THE T.'ENGTH OF TIME THE CITY CJYF ~/qD DOG LICENSE VALID
FOR ~WELVE (12) MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL (DF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the City Code of t]~e City of Plainview, Chapter
7, Section 7-62 be amended to read as follows:
S~CTION 7-62; Duration: F~ch license issued under the provisions
of this diversion shall run for a period of Twelve (12) months from the
date of issuance.
SECTION 2: The Code of the City of Plainview and all subsequent
amendments to above mentioned section pass(~ by the City Council of the
City of Plainview are hereby confi~d in tnheir present form and
context, except as hereby amended.

1982 and declared an emergency,
