L3HEREAS, th:e Ci y Council of the City of Plainview, Texas, has
determ~~~ned that: it Gaould be in the best interest of the public that
parking, stopping or standing ,of motor vehicles of any kind be
prohib~_ted on the following portion. ojE both the tlorth and South
side of: _Indlstral Boulevard, City of P;Lanview, Texas, to-wit:
From the tilest right-of-way line of Joliet Street and
Iridustx~ia:1 Boulevard East for a distance et Four Hundred
F.fty_Feet (450') ,

Section l: .Parking., stopping or standing of any kind of motor
vehicle: on that portion. of both the North and South skies of
Industrial `Boulevard from its intersection with the ..West
right-of-way; line of Joliet' Street East for a distance cf Four
Hundred` ..Fifty Feet (450') is 'prohibited.
Section. 2: t-~il +ordnances or portions of" any ordinance of the City
of Plainview, Texas in conflict herewith, are hereby amended to
conforms with the provisions Hereof.
Section-3: any ~~erson who shall violate or fail :to comply with any
`of ..the provisions of this ordinance sklall be deemed guilty of a
'misder3eanor and Ripon conviction, shall be punished by a fine- in the
surn of not less than $1.0`0 nor more than $200'.00.
Thee necessity to prohibit parking;, stopping or standing of
motox vehicles of any kind on that portion of Industrial Boulevard,
