AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF I'LAiNVIEW, TEXAS, AMENDING
'ORDINANCE N0. $4-2555, PROVIDING FOR THE ERECTION OF
APPROPRIATE SIGNS AND DESIGNATION OF FIRE LANES, PROVID-
ING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the City Councl~l of the City of Plainview, Texas, has
determined that it would be n the best interest, safety, and fire
protection of the citizens o~ the City of Plainview that Ordinance
No. $4-2555 be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT 0 DAINED by the City Council of the City
