AN_ORDINANCE MAKING REVENUE SHARING APPROPRIATIO~`iS FOR THE SUPPORT
OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW FOR THE .FISCAL': YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1,
1985, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30 1986, AND ADOPTING THE REVENUE
SHARING BUDGET FO THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW FOR THE 1985--.1986 FISCAL
.YEAR.
WHEREAS, tiie Revenue Sharing budget, appended here as Exhibit A, for
the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1985, and ending .September 30,
1986, was duly submitted,: and
.WHEREAS, a public hearing was ordered by the City Council and a public
notice of said hearing xaas caused to b.e giv. en by the City Council and
said notice. was published and said .pub is hearing was held according
to said notice;. NOW, THEREFORE;:
BE IT ,ORDAINED BY THE CITY .COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS:
SECTION to .That the Revenue Sharing appropriations for the fiscal
year beginning'October 1,.1985, and.: ending September 30,::1986, for
the City of P1ainaie~., TeXas, be fixed and determined for. said terms
in accordance -with the expenditures shown in the City's fiscal year
..1985-1986 budget, a'copy of which is appended hereto as.Exhibit A,-
SECTION 2,. That the Revenue: Sharing budget, as shown in words and
figures in Exhbit'A, is; hereby approved in` all respects and adopted
as part of the City's budget .for the fiscal year beg inning .October 1,
1985.. and ending September-30, 1986.
