13-37 ENTITLID, "PERMIT FEE" OF °'THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIE[n~, TEXAS .
WHERF~AS, the City Council of Plainview, Texas has determined that
it would be iri the best interest and to the benefit of the citizens of
the City of Plainview that Section 13-37, entitled, "Permit Fee", of the
"Code of the City of Plainview, Texas", be amended:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF F'I,AINVIEW,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION l: .Section 13-37 of the Code of the City of Plainview,
Texas is hereby amended to read as follows:
THE ANNUAL PERMIT FF,E FOR FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS SHALL BE
ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTI~V, FROM TIME 'I'0 TIME BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF P~AINVIEW, TEXAS.
SE~C'I'I~I 2: All ordinances or portions of ordinances in conflict
herewith are repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading this the 22nd day of October,
1985.
