ORDINANCE NO. 85-2628
AN ORDINANCE OF THE. CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS REPEALING
ARTICLE 3 BOARD OF CITY DEVELOPMENTS, SECTIONS 25-49 THROUGH
25-62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PLAINVIEW CODE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas has
determined that it would be in-the best interest and to the benefit
of the citizens of the City of Plainview that the provisions of the
Code of the City of Plainview, Texas relating to the establishment
and operation of the Bdard of City Development be repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS TFIAT:
SECTION 1: Article 3, Board of City Development, Section
25-49 through Section 25-62 of the Code of the City of Plainview,
Texas be and the same hereby are repealed.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or portions of ordinances in
conflict herewith are also repealed.
