AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAIlWIEW, TEXAS
AMEI~ING SECTION 7-92 OF .THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIE[nT ENTITLED "FEES" AS
IT PERTAINS TO THE IMPOUNDMENT OF ANIlKAIS.
WHEREAS, the City. Council. of the. City of Plainview, Texas, has
determined it would be in the best interest of the public that Section 7-92
entitled "Fees°' as it pertains to animal control be amended;
NOW, THEt~EE'ORE, BE IT ORDAIlQED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview, Texas.
'Section 7-92 entitled "Fees" of the Code of the City of Plainview shall
be,-and the sane is hereby amended as follows:
'"SECTI~T 7-92. FEES.: The fees. and charges .which shall be imposed for
the impoundment of animals or fowl under the previsions of this article shall
be as determined by the City Council from time to time, and on file in the
office of the City Clerk."
