3ctober 28, 1986, through the adoption of Ordinance No.

WHEREAS, the City Council agrees with the recommendation of the
Commission and agrees the name of the Commission should be the Community
Relations Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Plainview that:
SECTION 1
The Human Relation~s Commission shall now be called the Community Relations
Commission and Seqtion 2-221 through Section 2-228 of the Code of the City of
Plainv ew, Texas, is hereby amended to reflect said change.

SECTION V
This ordinance shall be of full force and effect upon its passage and publication
as required by law.
Passed and Approved on first reading this 28th day of August, 2001.
