Emma Herring Sally Phillips Irma Shackelford Carol Schulz Alice Rey Dorothy Russell Gary Stennett Elsa Cooper Bobbye Dennis Tara Walker Andrea Unwin *The meeting was called to order by President Gary Stennett. Tara Walker gave the prayer. * Minutes of the November 13th meeting were approved. *Irma gave the financial report for October and November. The golf tournament had a profit of $3,630.81 while the banquet costs totaled $2,279.57. Breakfast with Santa made $1325.36 and the Christmas Open. House cost $142.45. *The Volunteer of the Month is Joan Harrell of Littlefield. *"My Dad Reads to Me" has recorded 7 dads reading to 9 children with 18 books shipped. *The January Birthday Recognition will be January 9'h at McDonald's. *Irma reported that she has three grant reports due by the end of January. *Breakfast with Santa had a total of 442 tickets sold. Attendance was up over last year. *The RSVP Christmas Open Houser was very festive and well attended. Everyone enjoyed having it at the Jimmy Dean Museum. *Martin Luther King Dy will be on January Ie with RSVP, HCLC and Wayland taking part in activities with 2 graders at Hillcrest Elementary. *The names of Emma, Norvene, Joe, Tara and Carol have been presented to the City Council for approval to serve on the RSVP Council. *Irma is planning a project for the veterans on Valentine's Day. *The next meeting will be February 12, 2019. *Irma reported a total of 354 volunteers with 222 serving 5,355 hours in October. There were a total of 356 volunteers in November with 210 serving 5,554 hours. * Ballots for Volunteer of the Month were distributed. *Meeting was adjourned.
