10-08-2019
The Main Street Coordinating Board met on Monday, October 8, 2019 at 12:02 at the
Fair Theatre. President Ranada Jack called the meeting to order.
Members attending the meeting Ranada Jack, Tonya Keesee, Andrea Glynn, Cynthia Gregory,
Jordan Dunlap, Phyllis Wall, Melinda Brown, Tori Huddleston, and John Turpen. Janice Payne
was also present.
CALL TO ORDER:
Ranada called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m.
MINUTES:
Jordan moved to accept last mo Tonya seconded the approval. The motion
carried.
HOT Grant
Janice Payne represented the Rotary Club to requested $750 from the city to help with
expenses concerning the Running Water Draw Arts and Crafts Festival.
Tonya moved to grant the Rotary club $750.00 for their event. Andrea seconded and the
motion passed.
PROPERTY RELATIONSHIPS
The group stayed after the meeting and addressed letters to businesses.

Phyllis did a report on the 2 Saturday events.
Design:
Melinda reminded the board that the Main Street Board Meetings are open
meetings.

October 25, Halloween Trick or Treat
October 26, Fair Theatre Anniversary
October 29-November 1 Texas Downtown Association Conference in
Georgetown
Economic Restructuring:
No report
Cynthia and Andrea will be leaving the board in January. Ranada encouraged the
board to think of new members to replace them.
Ranada adjourned the meeting 12:30 p.m.
