OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW CODE OF ORDINANCES;
CUMULATIVENESS CLAUSE; CONFLICTS CLAUSE; SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

Council instructed City Manager, City Attorney and City staff to pursue and
address comments expressed tonight and come back in no more than 90 days
with a new proposed ordinance.
