Mayor Charles Starnes presided. Council Members present were Nelda VanHoose- District 1, Larry Williams -District 2, Norma Juarez -District 3, Teressa King -District 4, Susan Blackerby-District 5, and Evan Weiss -District 6. Council Member Lorie Rodriguez - District 7 was absent.
