A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLAINVIEW APPROVING THE PRELImiNARY PLAT
OF HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION, UNIT NO. 2, PI2kINVIE~
~"1EXAS.
WHEREAS, Mike Belk, Plainview, Texas, has presented the
Preliminary Plat of High School Addition, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Texas,
along with appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City
Engineer of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Con~nission on January 3,
1982, approved said Preliminary Plat of High School Addition, Unit No.
2, subject to the follow, lng stipulations:
1) That the words "Plainview, Texas" be included in the
subdivision title shown on the Final Plat.
2) That a 35' building setback line be required along Dimmitt
Road N.W.: and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of P!ainview has
reviewed said Preliminary Plat of High School ~ddition, Unit No. 2,
Plainview, Texas and finds that if co~plies with the intent of the
subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and City Council of
t~he City of Plainview that the PrelJ~n_ry Plat of High School Addition,
Unit NO. 2 Plainview, Texas, be and is hereby approved subject to the
stipulations recomnended by the Planning and Zoning Conraission and that
the Final Plat of said addition incorporate all of said stipulations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the llth day of January, 1983.
