R83-567 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAi~q~W, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE EBELING SUB-DIVISION, UNiT NO. 2 OF PLAIN- WHEREAS, a proposed preliminary plat of tb~ ~beling Sub-Division, Unit No. 2 has been presented along with the appropriate plat fees and necessary information to the City Engineer of the City of Plainvi~; and WHERF~, the Planning and Zoning Conmlission on February 2, 1983 approved said preliminary plat of the Ebeling sub-division, Unit No. 2 which divides the unplated ~O property into two (2) lots subject to the following stipulations: SECTION 1: Building setback lines should be thirty-five feet (35') on 24th Street and twenty-five feet (25') on Quincy Street required by Subdivision Regulations (except where present building or building under is on construction proposed West property line). SECTION 2: SECTION 3: A twenty foot (20') alley cut-off should be provided at the junction of the proposed East line of the alley to be dedicated and the North line of the existing alley to provide for trash truck turning room. There is no objection to the closing of a portion of the alley requested to be closed, so long as the utility companies have no objection and the city can discontinue sewer and water service beyond the end of the open alley, and the portion of the alley left must be removed from the existing fenced area. SECTION 4: Building setback line on 26th Street should be twenty- five (25') and twenty-five feet (25') set back along the East edge of Lot 4 to conform to Zoning Regulations° WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview has reviewed said preliminary plat of the Ebeling sub-division, Unit No. 2 and finds that it complies with the intent of the sub-division regulations of the City of Plainview: 00 01i NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVSD by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Plainview that the Preliminary Plat of the Ebeling sub-division, Unit No. 2, Plainview, Texas be and is hereby approved subject to the stipulations recc~m~nded by the Planning and Zoning Cc~mission and that the final plat for said addition incorporate all of said stipulations.
