RESOLUTION NO. R83-572
A RESOLUTION OF ~ CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS
APPROVING THE ENGI~EERING CONTRACT WITH PARKHILL,
SMITH & COOPER, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plainview has employed Parkhi!!~ Smith, &
Cooper, /nc. for engineering services for the preparation and submission
of a waste-water facility cons~_~uction grant application; and
W~2~, ParkhiI1, Smith & Cooper, Inc. upon notification that a
grant has been awarded to the City of Plainview by the Environmental
Protection Agency shall be authorized to proceed with services under
this agreement as amended:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor amd City Cotuncil of
the City of Plainview that the Mayor be authorized to enter into an
agreement on behalf of the City of Plainvie~ with Parkhill, Smith &
Cooper, Inc. for engineering services for the design, construction
and improvements to the city waste-water collection treatment system.
