A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS
APPROPRIATING $11,704.00 FROM THE 1976 G.O. PARK BOND FUND ACCOUNT
NO. 3-0-60812 AS PAYMENT IN FULL TO WESLEY ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR
LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR INSTALLATION OF LIGHTING SYSTEM FOR THE
MULTIPURPOSE COURTS AT E. & E. GIVENS PARK.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview revised the Plainview
Parks Project No. 48-00799 on August 12, 1982 to include a lighting system
for the Multipurpose Courts at E. & E. Givens Park, and
WHEREAS, Wesley Electric Company submitted the lowest and best bid
for the work to be completed, and the lighting system has been installed in
compliance with the plans and specifications and has been inspected and
approved by the Parks Department of the City of Plainview, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in th'e 1976 G.O. Park Bond Fund
Account No~ 3-0-60812 to pay the $11,704.00 expenditure:
