A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT
OF THE PECOS ADDITION, PLAINVIEW, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a proposed preliminary plat of the Pecos Addition, Plainview,
Texas, has been presented along with the necessary information to the City
Engineer of the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on March 24, 1983 approved
said preliminary plat of the Pecos Addition, Plainview, Texas, as submitted;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview has reviewed said
preliminary plat of the Pecos Addition, Plainview, Texas, and finds that it
complies with the intent of the sub-division regulations of the City of
Plainview;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview that the Preliminary Plat of the Pecos Addition, Plainview,
Texas be and is hereby approved as submitted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 12th day of April, 1983.
