RESOLUTION NO. R83-606
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF THE EIRING SUB-
DIVISION, PLAINVIEW, HALF. CIYJNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, a preliminary plat of Eiring Sub-division, Plainview, Hale
County, Texas has been presented along with the appropriate plat fees
and the necessary information to the City Engineer of the City of
Plainview; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission on May 26, 1983,
approved said preliminary plat of the Eiring Sub-division subject to the
following stipulations:
1) That property and construction upon said subdivision shall
comply with the Flood Hazard Management Regulations.
2) That the front building setback line (south side) shall be
fifteen (15) feet.
3) That the side building setback line (west side) shall be ten
(10) feet
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview has reviewed
said preliminary plat of the Eiring Subdivision and finds that it
complies with the intent of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Plainview; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview that the Preliminary Plat of the Eiring Subdivision,
Plainview, hale County, Texas be and is hereby approved subject to the
stipulations rended by the Planning and Zoning Comnission and that
the final plat for said subdivision incorporate all of said
stipulations.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of June, 1983.
