A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE EIRING SUBDIVISION,
PLAINVIEW, HALE COUNTY, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Constitution, the laws of the State of Texas and
the Charter of the City of Plainview, provide for the adoption of a
subdivision ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plainview adopted
Subdivision Ordinance No. 78-2259 on the 14th day of November, 1978;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous to continue to provide
for the orderly, safe and healthful development of the area within
and surrounding the City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, First United Methodist Church, Plainview, Texas, has
complied with and the Final Plat reflects any and all stipulations
made by the City Council during approval of the Preliminary Plat:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview, Texas that the Final Plat of the Eiring Sub-
division, Plainview, Hale County, Texas, providing the dedication
deed and all applicable fees required by Ordinance No. 78-2259 are
provided by First United Methodist Church.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of July, 1983.
