A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLA/NVIEW,
TEXAS ACCEPTING AS COMPLETE THE DRILLING, CONSTRUCTION,
DEVELOPING AND TESTING OF TWO-DEEP WATER WRLI.S AND
AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO ~TERN WRI.T. & PUMP
FOR THE WORK PERFORMED.
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1983, the City of Plainview entered into a
contract with Western Well & Pu~p, Inc. of Colby, Kansas, for drilling,
constructing, developing and testing two deep water wells for and in the
City of Plainview; and
WHEREAS, said Western Well & Pump, Inc. has cc~pleted the work
included in said contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has inspected said work and certified
that it complies with the plans and specifications for such:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas, that the two deep water wells drilled,
constructed, developed and tested by Western Well & Pum~, Inc. be and
are hereby accepted as completed, and final payment for the work
performed is hereby authorized in accordance with the terms of said
contract for same.
