A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS A33THORIZING PAYMER~ TO BE MADE TO PAREHILL, SMITH &'
COOPER, INC. CONSULTING ~GINEERS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
RENDERED ON OUR WASTE BLATER GRANT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by previous Council action, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc., consulting engineers of Lubbock have been employed to provide
engineering services on our waste water grant project; and
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 1 for said engineering services
rendered in accordance with agreementbetweenParkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc. and the City of Plainview dated February 8, 1983, has been
received; and
WHEREAS, this request for services rendered through AuguSt 1, 1983
and is in the amount of $19,617.67:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Mayor and City Council of the -
City of Plainview, Texas that payment be made to Parkhill, Smith &
Cooper, Inc. in the amount of $19,617.67 be authorized, and funds be
allocated from the Utility Account.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 25th day of October, 1983.
