A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAIN~IEW, TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF
STATEM~V~ NO. 1 IN THE AFEDlk~ OF $536.00FOR
CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION BY JAMES ROBISON,
ABCHI~T FOR THE FIRE TRAINING FA£ILITY, AND
APPROPRIATING MONEY FRC~4 THE FIRE TRAINING
GRANT.
WHEREAS, by previous action the Plainview City Council
entered into a contract with James Robison for architectal
services for the design and construction of the Fire Training
Facility located adjacent to the Fire Sub-station at 10th
and Quincy Street; and
WHEREAS, the construction in one-half contoleted and
Statement No. 1 has been submitted by the architect for services
rendered for inspection of the work at the project in the amount of
$536.00;
NOW, THEREFORE BE RESOLVSD by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that payment be authorized and made to
James Robison in the amount of $536.00 for architectal services and
inspections made during this phase of construction at the Fire Training
Facility and that said monies be appropriated from the Fire
Training Grant.
