A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLA/AB/IEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE PA~ OF ST~ NO. 2 IN THE
AMOUNT OF $214.00 FOR CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION BY JAMES
ROBISON, ARCHITt~/f FOR THE FIRE TRAINING FACILITY, AND
APPROPRIATING MONEY FROM THE FIRE TRAINING GRANT.
WHEREAS, by previous action the City Council entered into a
contract with James Robison for architectual services for the design and
construction of the Fire Training Facility located adjacent to the Fire
Sub-station at 10th & Quincy; and
WHEREAS, the construction in one-half completed and Statement No. 2
has been submitted by the architect for services rendered for inspection
of the work at the project in the amount of $214.00:
NOW, THEREFORE BE RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that payment be authorized and made to James
Robison in the amount of $214.00 for architectual services and
inspections made during this phase of construction at the Fire Training
Facility and that said monies be appropriated from the Fire Training
Grant.
PASSED AND APPROVSD this the 13th day of December, 1983.
