RESOLUTION NO R83-659
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE CITY STAFF TO PROCEED WITH THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND THE
RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION FOR THE INSTAI.IATION OF SANITARY
SEWER LINES FOR THE PLAINS MI)BILE PARK LOCATED IN THE
~T,T,RRICK ADDITION.
WHEREAS, the Sub-division of Plains Mobile Hc~e Park located in the
Allbrick Addition within the incorporated city limits of Plainview does
not have access to sanitary sewer syst~u; and
WHEREAS, due to this situation, the danger presently exists to the
health and welfare of the residents residing in this area; and
~P~AS, after meetings between the City Council, City Staff, and
the owner of the Plains Mobile Park it now seems feasible to proceed
with the development of plans and specification for the installation for
sanitary sewer lines, which will serve Plains Mobile Park s3-~d ultimately
adjacent areas in the Allbrick addition:
NOW, THEREFORE BE it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that the City staff be authorized to proceed
with plans and specifications and right-of-way acquisition for the
installation of the said sanitary sewer lines.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 20th day of December, 1983.
