RESOLUTION NO. R84- 666
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO BE MADE TO PARKHILL, SMITH &
COOPER, INC. CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
RENDERED ON OUR WASTE WATER GRANT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by previous Council action, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc., consulting engineers of Lubbock have been employed to provide
engineering services on our waste water grant project; and
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 2 for said engineering services
rendered in accordance with agreement between Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc. and the City of Plainview dated February 8, 1983 has been received;
and ,
WHEREAS, this request is for payment for services rendered during
the period from August 31, 1983 through October 31 1983 and is in the
amount of $30,451.15; '
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that payment be made to Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc. in the amount of $30,451.15, and funds for said payment be allocated
from the Utility Account.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 10th_ day of January, 1984.
