R84- 667 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW, TEXAS APPROVING THE FEE SCHEDULE AND LETTER AGREEMENT FOR MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES WHICH MAY BE PROVIDED BY PARKHILL, SMITH AND COOPER, INC. ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS, AND PLANNERS FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR OF 1984. WHEREAS, from time to time it is necessary that the City of Plainview employ Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. engineers, architects, and planners to furnish miscellaneous engineering consulting services to our City; and WHEREAS, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. has submitted a fee schedule and letter agreement for miscellaneous services which may be utilized by the City during the calendar year 1984; and WHEREAS, said fee schedule and letter agreement is hereby made a part of this ~Resolution: NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Plainview, Texas that the fee schedule and letter agreement submitted by Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. for calendar year I984 be approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said letter agreement. PASO December 20, 1983 City of Plainview P.O. 1870 Plainview, Texas 79072 Gentlemen: We propose to furnish miscellaneous engineering consulting and design services to the City during the calendar year 1984 as directed by the authorized representatives of the City either verbally or in writing. Salary cost is defined as the salaries of engineers, draftsmen, stenographers, surveymen, clerks, etc. for the time directly chargeable to the project plus normal payroll expenses.
