A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATE NO.
4 FOR THE FIRE TRAINING FACILITY AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
FROM THE FIRE TRA/NING GRANT.

WHEREAS, by previous City Council action, the contract has been
entered into by the City of Plainview with Atkinson-Wofford, Inc. for
the construction of a Fire Training Facility located adjacent to the
Fire Sub-station at 10th & Quincy; and
WHEREAS, Construction has progressed and the City has been
submitted with Construction Estimate No. 4 frc~ the contractor
requesting payment in the amoun= of $9,535.50:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that the City be authorized to make payment to
Atkinson-Wofford, Inc. for Construction Estimate No. 4 for the Fire
Training Facility in the amount of $9,535.50 and that said money be
appropriated frc~ the Fire Training Grant.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 10th day of January, 1984.
