A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLAI_kBfIEW, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
THE TOWN WEST ADDITION, UNIT NO. 4, AND STATING STIPULATIONS
TO THE PLAT, A REQUEST OF THE TRINITY CHURCH OF THE
WHEREAS, Plainview Trinity Church of the Nazarene has submitted a
Preliminary Plat of Town WeSt Unit No. 4, Plainview, Texas for approval
under the terms of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plainview;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Plainview has reviewed
and acknowledged that said preliminary plat conforms to the Subdivision
Regulations of the City of Plainview subject to certain modifications,
deletions and additions; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Cc~nission of the City of
Plainview has reviewed and approved said preliminary plat subject to
certain recoranendations;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Plainview hereby approves the Preliminary Plat of Town West,
Unit No. 4, Plainview, Texas, subject to the following requirement and
modifications:
Existing dedicated street nust be closed and new street
dedicated in new location and shown on final plat (Centerline
radius may be less than 300' due to location and conditions).
2. Entire alley south and east from Stevens Street mast be
dedicated and shown on Final plat.
3. The name "Stevens Street" must be shown on curved portion of
newly dedicated street.
4. Lots must be renumbered to include east portion as a separate
lot (show as Lot 144).
5. Front and sidestreet building setback lines must be shown on
final plat; others need not be.
6. Due to proposed development plan, requirement for perpendicular
and radial lot lines is hereby waived.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of February, 1984.
