A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO BE MADE TO PARKHI~, SMITH
AND COOPER, INC. CONSULTING ENGINRR. RS FOR ~G~ING
SERVICES RENDERED ON CITY' ~%STE WATER GRANT P~.
WHEREAS, by previous Council action, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc., consulting engineers of Lubbock have been en~loyed to provide
engineering services on our waste water grant project; and
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 4 for said engineering services
rendered in accordance with agreement between Parkhill, Smith & Cooper,
Inc. and the City of Plainview dated February 8, 1983 has been received;
and
WHEREAS, this request is for payment fOr services rendered during
the period from December 31, 1983 through January 31~ 1984 and is in the
amount of $4,941.75:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that payment be made to Parkhill, Smith &
Cooper, Inc. in the amount of $4,941.75 and funds for said paym~at be
allocated from Utility Account No. 19-722-60810 as hereby amended.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 27th day of March, 1984.
