RESOLUTION NO. R84-704-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW.,
TEXAS AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO BE M~DE TO PARKHILL, SMITH
AND COOPER, INC. CONSULTING ENGINEERS FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES RENDERED ON CITY WASTE WATER GRANT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by previous Council action, Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc.,
consulting engineers of Lubbock have been employed to provide engineering
services on our waste water grant project; and
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. S for said engineering services
rendered in accordance with agreement between Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc.
and the City of Plainview dated February 8, 198S has been received; and
WHEREAS, this request is for payment for services rendered during the
periodof $4,941.7s:from January 31, 1984 through February 29, 1984 and is in the amount
NOW, THEREOFRE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas that payment be made to Parkhill, .Smith & Cooper,
Inc. in the amount of $4,941.7S and funds for said payment be allocated
from Utility Account No. 19-722-60810 as hereby amended.
