A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLAINVIEW,
TEXAS GRANTING PERMISSION TO J.A. (DOC) POITS TO PAVE THE
NORTH 200 FEET OF THE A¥.LRY IN BLOCK 37, ORIGINAL TOWN
SITE, PROPERTY BEING LOCATED BEIWEEN WEST 3RD AND WEST 4TH
STREETS - BETWEEN AUSTIN STREET AND BALTIFDRE STREET.
WHEREAS, J.A. (Doc) Potts is in the process of planning and
constructing an office complex on property located in Block 37, Original
Town Site being located between west 3rd and west 4th streets and Austin
& Baltimore Streets; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Potts has made a request to the City Council to allow
him to pave at his expense, complying with city specifications, the
north 200 feet of the alley in Block 37; and
~EAS, all paving will meet the requirements of the City of
Plainview to their repres~tative and the Director of Public Works:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Plainview, Texas tb~t J.A. (Doc) Potts be granted permission to
pave the north 200 feet of the alley in Block 37, Original Town Site,
being located between west 3rd & 4th streets, and between Austin &
Baltimore Streets.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 24th day of April, 1984.
